July 10th marked another successful golf tournament at the Avon Valley Golf Club. We are grateful to our generous sponsors and 35 teams for making this a perfect day of golf raising over $36,000 in revenues. Golf Chair, Tomas Stryncl and the golf committee did an outstanding job with live auction, team prizes and a perfect weather to boot. Special guests included a team from CN with Manager, Public Affairs/Atlantic Canada, Tiffany Edwards attending as well. CN recently made a “significant donation to support seafarers visiting the Port of Halifax from all over the globe.
